Lack of Bordom

I'm so sorry that I haven't written in so long. I have been so unbelievably busy in the last month or so. But especially in the last couple weeks. School was already keeping me super busy, but then I also took an internship at the Student Involvement Office and Service Center. It's taking a lot of my time, but I love the job. I get to hang out in the service center for 2-4 hours almost every day. Meet lots of cool and fun people, and get out of the library. My job is going to be a big one once I really get into it. I'm going to try to put together some sort of organizational system in there b/c right now it's not very organized. I'm also going to be helping all of the 20+ directors of the service organizations on campus as well as the service council. It's going to be a very involved, hands-on experience. Yesterday in our meeting, my boss told me what he hopes for my position is for me to eventually work my way up to being like the council members. That means eventually I will hopefully become a person that the directors come to for help and guidance and advice instead of just "Hey Kelsey, can you make this copy for me?" So that's pretty awesome. I really like my boss and the Service Council President Maddie. They're both really awesome. And all the directors are really nice. It should be a really great experience all around. I'm excited. Let the good times begin!!!
