There was Mindy, Derrick, Tony, Kendra, and Josh. We took two cars and left Logan early Saturday morning and headed to Star Valley. When we got there everyone (especially Tony) was so excited. We changed all our clothes, packed lunch, then headed up to Grover Park with Dad. We rode in and set up camp on the back of the hill-climbs hill. Everyone hit the slopes pretty quickly. I sat at the bottom to take pictures while they all went sledding. Then Dad started up a fire, and we had hot dogs. Nothing beats a hot dog cooked over a fire in the mountains.
After we ate, Dad and I took everyone out on the snowmobiles 2 at a time. We'd each take one person and let them drive. On all three trips, one machine got stuck every time. The first time, Derrick nose dived into a ditch, and he flipped over top of the hood. From where I was standing way far back, I just saw him dive and his feet fly in the air. And from way back there, it seemed kinda comical. The next time around Kendra took a corner too fast and ran off the road. And the last time, Dad turned around off in some powder and when Derrick and I tried to follow we got majorly stuck. It was definitely a work out of an afternoon. But I loved every minute of it.
Around late afternoon we headed back to the house, where Mom fed us dinner, and I gave everyone a grand tour of the house. Then we hit the road. We wanted to get back to Logan before the blizzard hit. On the way home, Josh and I had a great time with Disney Karaoke. Needless to say, the duets were especially fantastic. haha. As soon as I got home, I curled up on the couch and fell asleep for an hour. Then I saw a text from Josh wanting to watch a movie. So I invited him back over to my place to watch the last Harry Potter. And I am seriously impressed with myself for staying awake for the whole movie despite my complete exhaustion. It was the most fabulous day ever!
