Smiling All Day

"You make me smile like the sun, fall out of bed, sing like a bird, dizzy in my head...oh you make me smile."

It's been a very interesting weekend. First off Thursday was so bloody cold I thought I was going to die. So I went and had a hot chocolate party at Brookelane, and we watched the Fast Five. GREAT MOVIE!!! It was so totally AWESOME! The whole time I was like "Yeah! Alright! Whoot-whoot!" It made me want to go drag racing...in a stolen police car. I would totally watch it again. And I followed it alright, but I think I would've liked it even more if I'd seen all of the other ones first. I've only seen 2 Fast 2 Furious.
Friday was such a long day. I only had one class, at 8:30 but I was on campus all day until almost 6:00 doing homework. I did actually get stuff done though. That was good. And Friday night I invited some friend over for games. There ended up only being 7 of us, but it was fun. After games, we went and got ice cream, and Jake stayed to talk until almost 1:00. And Friday I got a letter from Ryan! I love Ryan!!! Sometimes I like him more than I like some of my other friends, but I don't know if it counts b/c he's not even in the same state. (Which is maybe why I like him more than some of my other friends.) He told me about his new area and new companion, to which I can only say good luck. Letters from Ryan always make me so excited.
Saturday was terrible. My plan was to shower and be out of the house by 8:00 to do homework all day. Instead I stayed in bed until 11:30. And the only reason I got out of bed then was because I needed to shower before I went out to businesses at 1:00. But at 12:30 I called the girl I was supposed to go with, but she was still asleep, so she said she would go on her own later than afternoon. (Don't ask what I think of this girl.) So then I didn't do much until I went to work at 4:00. It was a pretty epic fail of a day. The game was also a pretty epic fail. I was kinda torn over which team I should cheer for. It's funny, in SV I wouldn't have been caught dead cheering for the Pokes, but now I have more of a sense of hometown pride and am more willing to cheer for them. But they were terrible. The Aggies won 56-19. But I worked at the gate with this Brazilian kid, and he was super funny. What an interesting weekend.
